Michael de Yoanna is a Colorado-based freelance reporter and documentary filmmaker.
In 2011, he won a national Edward R. Murrow award for investigative radio reporting. He is the recipient of more than a dozen other professional awards. His work has appeared in Salon.com, The Washington Times, The New York Times online and many other places.
